Going to Auto Mall Tint Specialist tomorrow morning. They did my wife's xA years ago and the tint still looks great except for where I damaged it stuffing furniture into the car.

Just got all my windows tinted, and got a new radio, at Warehouse Car Stero here in Stockton. They've been in business for 32 years and back their work. They did an excellent job and it set me back $295 for the windows...not too bad. Yelp them if you are interested.

I'll be paying 275 for solargar up 75% on the sides, which is essentially invisible but cuts heat better than other light films, and the suntek cxp 55% in the rear. A subtle tint, but the heat ought to be notably less. I don't want cop trouble and do lots of night driving. I'm weird.

Do you have any pics with the tinting done? This sounds like something I'd be interested in too, maybe a bit darker on the back, but def interested on the side tinting for heat protection.

Getting my tint for $120, all 5 windows. Got a great deal and couldn't pass it up. The wait is long though, another 2.5 months.

It was actually a LivingSocial deal so it's legit.

Not weird... my car is getting its tint today and I'm doing 70%. I too don't want any extra attention from cops but want to cut down on the heat.

Will do, although it essentially looks like a clear film. I'll try to get some shots tomorrow in the sun.
