Nah they have to remove it as part of the PDI, plus if there is an issue behind the stickers and covers then it's not your problem.

Not sure if it's necessary but it might be a good idea to leave the car in the sun for as long as possible before getting VPS done. I don't know how long before new paint is 100% dry and cured but rather be safe than sorry?

Hard decision, based on second prices I have seen advertised, you going to possibly get a 2 month old with 5000km, engine worked for the price of a brand new one.

Give Durban South Toyota a call, I saw them advertising no waiting list. They based next to TSAM...

Hold out for new if you can..

Good luck, mine has been undergoing some mods for 2 weeks and I am climbing the walls without it...

I agree, a "2nd hand" one would probably be a demo which had not been run in properly and had the cr@p driven out of it.

Spotted a new white high spec (no plates yet) outside the Radium Beer Hall (hope he/she was having a colddrink as the place looked like it was buzzing!

Walking in the car park at Gateway shopping Mall Durban, there was a new black 86 being washed by those Eco guys.
I cringed, could not believe someone would do such a thing to a beautiful car....

Guess someone is going to cry when there black 86 is in the sun..

There is no way anybody is washing my car. When they go for services I usually leave printed signs in the windows saying DO NOT WASH.
