It's a shame that Honda doesn't bring anything like that over here. I quite like that.

I like it. Got a bit of an Alfa vibe to the exterior. Interior is interesting to look at too. Not just a bland horizontal and vertical panel screwed together.

I want to like this car...but everytime i look at it i just cant quite put it in the same field as Lexus and the big 3 germans.....
Theres just something missing about it.....something that would make it feel like one of those 4 major luxury players. Acura's problem has always been that it just feels like a luxed up honda, and this goes a long way to addressing it....but I dont feel like its there yet. |

Funny how in the vid the designers keep talking about "dash to axle ratio"...basically saying "we made this look like RWD but it's really FWD". It does look good and hoping it brings back more of that Acura mojo.

Just to expand on that, the 2.0T is probably the same 2.0T found in the Accord and CTR with its own tuning and turbo, which is to say, it is an off the shelf engine, so I doubt it is dressed in torx bolts like other luxury cars. It is a small detail, but it goes to illustrate the many ways luxury cars bring quality components into all aspects of the car.
On the flip side, I understand Acura’s ELS sound system is one of the best in the industry. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.dig...m-audio/%3famp

I saw these at Mid-Ohio about a week ago during the IMSA event. The goldish paint is not attractive in person IMO. Overall I just thought the car was kind of ho-hum and yet had some of those outlandish vents and ridges that Honda is slapping on its cars now.
They were giving some VIP rides in one of the Mid-Ohio cars and it did appear to be plenty fast around the track for a street car.
