Looking Good!

I have the same size wheels (Enkei Raijins) with 245/35/18 front and 265/35/18 Michelin PSS tires going on tomorrow!

ST coilovers went on today, wheels, tires, and alignment happening at noon tomorrow.

I'll post pics as soon as I get back.

Just about flush, which is more in line with how an exotic performance car comes from the factory. I'll dial in more front camber when I switch to coilovers. Only downside is that I can't rotate the tires, so I'll be buying new ones every year

however youshould EASILY be able to bump up to a 255/35. if you're worried about clearance go to a 245/40 and run a tire that runs wide such as a Z2 or a PSS.

you shouldn't even come close to the side markers, i dont even rub on them, but i'm +40 offset..
I'm currently -2 camber in the fronts and -3 in the rears, but the side markers are pretty close to tyres already :/ If its not too much of a problem, can you post up a picture to show how much your tyres stick out? Thanks heaps man!

PLEASE do not quote every picture someone posted, if you have something specific to say quote one picture, otherwise it just clutters the thread.

THANKS!

you're going to have to give me a some time. i'll see if i have any old photos...but my tires dont stick out, they are inside the fenders and have quite a few MM of clearance

Just got back from having my wheels installed. Sorry for the crappy pics, I'll take more soon.

Wheels are Enkei Raijins, 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear, 45 offset both front and rear.
Tires are Michelin PSS 245/35/18 front and 265/35/18 rear.

ST coilovers, lowered 1.5"

Camber is -1.85 front, and -2.35 rear.

Rears are rubbing. I'm going to have to raise the rear ride-height up a bit, and roll the fenderwells probably.

I was hoping for no rub, no fender rolling, and not too much camber, but it looks like I'm going to have to do something to eliminate the rubbing.

I was told that the Michelin PSS tires are big for their size (so 265 is more like 275 from another company) but the car looks outstanding.

Can you describe how the ride compare to stock tires ?

I only have about 10 miles on the new tires. I also installed the ST coilovers the day before the tires, but the ride is just a tad stiffer than stock.

The ST coilovers use spring rates that are softer compared to others, so the ride is similar to stock.

The new tires feel good too, I can feel a little but more of the road, but not too much over the stock tires.

The PSS tires run quieter than stock.

I need to raise the rear and either roll the fenders or play with the camber as the rears rub too easily right now. I have to wait til monday to deal with this.

Enjoying the weather today - 18x9.5 NTO3, 275/35 R1-R on the STI and 18x9.5 RPF1, 265/35 RS-R on the BRZ. You can tell I like Enkei's
