It may seem like splitting hairs since it is still just a Facebook post but it is no longer just a person and/or their buddies making the statement.

Nice work.
Not so fast, as this was not a NHRA sanctioned event and the car did not pass a NHRA tech because of no roll bar... Just saying lol

Your slipping TCOAT bet get it together buddy lol

To be fair to them, they couldve still passed tech because the tech had no idea what it was going to run.

PR is a small island and they are very well known on that island and that track is there home testing area. The rules state that the 8-Point Roll Bar below allows you to run much quicker than 11.50 according to NHRA rules. In fact, as long as your vehicle retains the original floor, firewall, etc., the 8-Point Roll Bar below allows you to run as quick as 10.00 seconds in the 1/4 mile.
That car has numerous passes in the low tens without a cage.. they new.....

A lot of tracks don't care lol. GLD is a NHRA approved track lol, my buddy was running mid 9s with no cage, no fire jacket just a helmet. Not I condone this for safety reasons but shows you can haha

Fiebruz Motorsports is a group of car junkies who love to work with cars, and more than this to accept challenges.

Our real mission was to show the world the capability of our products and our staff knowledge. Also to show that we stand behind our products, pushing the limits of them, so our customers can buy with a real expectative, and not based in just some pretty words and pictures.

One of the main reasons behind our testing, is to push and find the limits and weak points of the FRS platform, to make it even better.

Yes, we would love to bring our car and crew to the States for testing, but there're many costs involved including car shipping ($5,000.00), crew flights, accommodations, transportation, etc.

Please be sure to take in consideration that here in Puerto Rico, Drag Racing is a very common sport, our local track is open 4 days of the week. There also are many world record holding cars owned by puertoricans running around USA tracks.

Here's part of our 9 seconds jurney:

1. 11.9 video (February 2014):

2. 10.6 video (June 2015):

3. 10.3 Video (August 2015):

After seeing this I must admit it's looking like a 9 second pass even if I cant see the board I'm inclined to go with it. You guys have been pretty stand up about your racing and I know how hard it is to race a car and video. Congrats on the record and setting the bar!!! I now have a target
Now where is that n/a 13.32 video
Here is a low quality video of the run:

We also broke a driveshaft shop cv joint on a launch. So we went with the sequential since we wanted to build a time attack car anyway.
When we saw the 138 and 139 trap speeds on some of our passes we knew we had a 9sec capable car. Rather than increasing the stress on our engine we decided to work on the launch control strategy and suspension setup. After many tries it finally happened and having fulfilled our goal we left the track.
When you did your 13.4 seconds you had a 13.3sec capable car, your trap speed shows it. If you are trapping 140 now you have a 9second car. Work on your launch and find the traction and pray to God it will happen on a stock drivetrain. Good luck.

do you mind telling us what broke in the gearbox those three separate times?

Just like Justin, I wish it were still a street friendly gearbox, would make this car much more like where I'd like to see my build in the future, but with that gearbox swap, it's not my kinda budget lol would more lean towards a supra gearbox or Cuzco gearset

Any chance you have any videos while it was running on the street? Besides that old on with you guys doing donuts, would love to see how fun it is doing some pulls on street tires .

Awesome build
