The internet or pictures? lol busting your balls. I finally saw one in person and the color really does look nice in person. It was a bit overcast today and it almost looked a pale blue.

funny how back in april-may i went to that dealer asking about the 10 series, they said they were all spoken for and it was too late HAHA
i guess they were clueless and/or tried to pull a quick one to get me to buy a regular FRS

Unless you get an enthusiast it's safe to say all Toyota/Scion sales staff are clueless unless it's about the Camry. i can't tell you how many times in the past four months i had to explain what a Series 10 was to sales staff.

Maybe it's a New York thing?

Yea might actually be a NY thing lol...dealers where confused about the Series 10 but then again these salesmen nowadays are clueless on what they sell they just want commission.

When I went to a Scion specific dealer in Utica, NY the dealers had no idea that there were any 10 series FR-S. He said "oh that car just came out there's no tenth anniversary." I told him to have a look at the Scion website sometime...
Ended up going to Albany

it is a NY thing, i had to convince the dealership where i purchased mine that the car exist after a inventory search and initially the SA told me that it came in whiteout LMFAO...

the only dealership that actually knew about it was the toyota dealership in manhattan, but id stay away from there because they dont know how to return calls...

It's funny, I went to test drive and buy a white or red FRS. Same day I found out about the 10 and instantly thought the extra $$$$ is well worth it. I called my sales rep and he had no idea what 10 series was, he said he will call me back after checking with the manager. Called me back about an hour later and said yes we have a manual on the lot... I went over the next day to look at it and asked why didn't you tell me you have this when I was looking at some yesterday. His reply was we only show this car when asked for.... Bought it the same day.
