We have had nothing but sunshine for the past 2 months, and the day I have my car detailed, it rains all day
I had Kurtis from http://www.uniquedetailing.ca/ come to my house today and do a wash, clay bar, polish and wax. Good thing he had the tent !
I wanted to post some shiny pics of the end result, but all you would see is the water beading lol

The only stopping me from buying that game is that it's missing our car :/

Hard to hear from my crappy netbook speakers but you have the exact same setup as me, but I've yet to install my Tomei header. Does it make it raspy at all? What do you think about cabin noise and whatnot?

I don't think it's raspy at all. More like the same as before the header, but a bit lower in tone and a little louder. I like it though. There's obviously more cabin noise, but I was going to add some more sound dampening to the trunk floor anyways so that should be mitigated. I already have the rear wheel wells dampened and that helped a lot with road noise. It's relatively quiet and not obnoxious while cruising, but you know it's there when you get on the gas.

Here's a couple more vids I did today. First one is a cold start up and the other is an acceleration to about 45mph.

Congrats!
I honestly didn't know it was a sticker when I asked the dealer to order it, when I saw actual pics of it applied I definitely changed my mind about it, and told my dealer to cancel the order.

Just... not into it at all

If it was a actual carbon fiber gas cap with a metal ring, yes please.
Make one of those someone

I agree about the paint. After driving my car for 10 months now, my front bumper and hood are covered in rock chips. I wish I covered both with the clear bra stuff, Im sure it would have helped.
At this rate I will need a new paint job in another year

I had an Evo before which has notoriously bad paint... I didn't have a single rock chip or mark on it. Now having driven the BRZ half the amount of miles I have little rock chips on the bumper and marks from god knows what on the hood and trunk.

I learned from my WRX that Subies use some thin paint. Made my decision to wrap the entire front end with Xpel Ultimate a no brainer. Had it wrapped 4 days after I picked up the car and 2 years later the car is still in perfect shape.
