For those that swapped to aftermarket header.. Was your header> over pipe gasket toasted? Trying to see if I can get away or get a new gasket before attempting install..

I replaced mine for peace of mind...

My original gasket had ~9k miles if you want it lol.

No. Chevron and Shell and probably some other brands have additives that just help keep your engine cleaner. Is it worth the extra money over Arco? That's up to owner discretion.

Crickets have not been shown to be directly linked to fuel. At least, not in a manner I consider scientific.

I've ran Mobil only ever since I got my FR-S and have not encountered any issues and haven't heard any crickets as well.
