First bolded : What ..

Second bolded: Baller. I don't think 30k is inexpensive lol. This is my first brand new car, so I do want to take care of it. I also did store my old car, so I guess I'm just used to it.
Snow and salt is not a problem as long as you take good care of the car before and during winter .

But yeah at first I wanted to store it but didn't want to go trough finding a place and finding another car so I decided to drive on the winter time. :p

Pretty much my thoughts as well. Not the 80s anymore and cars stand up much better even with salt.

You know what assures me that snow and salt aren't a problem? Not driving it in the winter.
You both have made your point. I just don't understand when people say "it's made to be driven". Yes, it is. That's why I maintain it in order to drive it in the summer, when I have more fun.

Today I took my frs to the drag strip, a first for both of us. Had a lot of fun and managed a best E.T. of 9.477

I had to replace the aluminum rear diffuser I made. I really liked it but some tracks will not let you run aluminum or steel. So I went with one of the aftermarket diffusers.

I also got my good splitter support rods and installed them. I had a hard time finding support rods long enough, I ended up using Go-Cart steering rods, worked great.

Gonna pick up my winter beater today from the shop. Went in to do the very last bit of safety replacement. Should be able to store the FRS for winter soon

This morning I washed my car a week after Opti Coat Pro & Opti Seal was applied. I used CarPro Reset Intensive Car Shampoo. I was stoked as to how easy it was to wash and dry the car. Used 2 Microfiber Waffle Towels to dry. Best $395.00 spent on Opti Coat Pro.

I went for a drive yesterday on Piuma Rd. up in Malibu - normally do Tuna Canyon when I want to test something but with the new suspension and a sunset I figured I'd give Piuma a shot since it's much more scenic.

Also threw in my YoSpeed center plaque the other day!

These are from the drive!

They're just cell phone pics - I didn't bring my DSLR, but I will next time I go to actually shoot my car. Still turned out alright, for a cell phone!

Got hit by a flying tail light on the highway! Came off an old Neon with Michigan plates. It hit the road and exploded into shrapnel. I missed the main parts but took the lens right in the bumper.
The picture does not do justice to how deeply the plastic is actually grooved.
