Ah. Interesting, but not unexpected. I'm curious what the cause was as well!

Probably some of the known issues. A rocker pin, an injector seal issue that caused detonation or something similar.

I think you're the 1st
let me know if the tune needs a tweak - hopefully it shouldn't as I left headroom in the original map

Does the cosworth stage 2 kit have a cat in it? I have read from there sight but it never states one way or the other. I can see on the header where you can put the o2 sensors is that the cat?

The stage 2 kit is just the Supercharger kit. It doesnt have any exhaust components, you have to buy those separately.

The exhaust comes in 3 pieces;
1) Cat back
2) Catted Frontpipe/Overpipe in one peice
3) the headder

The head had two bungs of the 02 sensors. The map takes care of the CEL you would otherwise get running a catless header, but the system does have a ceramic cat in the frontpipe.

Thanks. Do you know if I do all stages except I keep my TRD ext will it effect the over all kit? Will the tune allow for that?

You might lose a couple horsepower but I wouldn't fret over it.

You don't want to throw a cone on the end of the intake tube of the supercharger!?
