As much as I hate making eyes on the manual roller, it’s so satisfying when they come out nice.

Unfortunately no. Too large and cost $$$. I'm used to this song and dance from UPS, it's just frustrating to do it every time. I understand why they make it this hard, they want me to give up and pay the $90. Scum company.

I hear they have rentals?

If it flys, fucks, or floats, cheaper to rent.

and if you use the dealer network at all, they're all horrific. i don't have a problem with kia as vehicles, but i avoid their dealers like the plague.

I have heard about all the Engine Blues. I don't think Mrs. Mafia is going to get one since they don't come with AWD. She has expressed wanting a more boxy-looking vehicle.

I think a Kona/Ionic would do it, or anything along those models.

Ahh, that sucks. Yeah UPS is a PITA to deal with. They don't get any better when you spend thousands of dollars a week with them either You get the same CS as a commercial account.

Armored Core 6 is very hard. Died like 4 times on just the first boss. Lol. Granted this is my first AC game (first mech game in generally actually).

Don’t you mean there’s a couple boxes of cookies‽

And you have no idea why anyone thinks there were more.

team member asked in team chat today for review for this thing he's doing that my team is new at. Fortunately, I just did basically the exact same process two weeks ago. So I looked it over, said it looks ok to me but provided some tips based on my experience doing it and the fact that the operation for him would mean working with another team, whereas for me it was owned by our team already.

so my more senior teammate replies right after me, corrects something i said, except what i said was already said right (I said _if_ you do X thing after Y thing instead of before, you may need to do Z) -- so the senior teammate goes "ah, so: in this case you do X after Y thing, so you'll need to do Z"

which is... pretty much what I already said and you're correcting me about it.

and then of course my team member who asked the question to begin with ignores everything i wrote, gives a thumbs up emoji to what my senior teammate put.

even though this same more senior teammate is the one I've mentioned in this thread a bunch lately, they did that same process the week before i did and didn't document a single part of it, so I had to go and learn it and document it all myself.

I would have replied in the chat to the senior teammate, "thanks for verifying what I just said in a roundabout way," and then added a heart emoji.

But I tend to chose violence in those types of situations.
