That USDM STI start button is similar to the TRD start button.

So now you can compare the silver body Showa shocks to the stock black body Showa shocks to see if they have different numbers engraved?

I've read before that on the prototype 86 prior to production, the springs were made by Mitsubishi and they had 2 sets of shocks, Sachs and Showa.

So basically buying this Series.Blue is just paying extra for the STI body kit. The blue interior trim is basically the same idea as the JDM Levorg and WRX STI Launch Edition.

I don't feel bad because my STI accessories are black leather with red stitching (i.e. leather fob cover and leather manual case).

The way the put a period between series and blue capitalized bugs the hell out of me... Seems like the gimmicky shenanigan scion would pull.

Never was a fan of blue. I can see it going well with a blue car, but pretty random for white.

Are those shocks lowered body types? What is the difference compared to standard black shocks?

Edit: wow just checked on japanparts and these cost $1k just for the front set...?

They're designed to specifically pair with the STi pink springs. Tuned by STi to ride smoother. The price includes the springs as well
