Wow it's been quite some time that sucks.


You did have the option of shipping back the partial order to obtain a refund. Mike offered to send a return label to cover shipping costs. This thread was started in mid September? Plenty of time for all that to have happened already and for you to purchase elsewhere after the refund fully processed back to your method of payment.

I guess you're stuck with the waiting game since that was your choice. Keep us updated.

MokSpeed, you're kind of a dumb if you think that people make bargains just for fun. People make bargains because they expect a benefit.

OP sounds like a total brat. Reminds me of the current "yelp-edimic" of consumers trying to bully businesses with the "im a customer so bow down to my requests or im going to leave the almighty terrible review" card. f that noise.

He's totally like that, he's being completely unreasonable and rather than dealing with the vendor amicably he'd rather tarnish their name as much as possible even though he's been giving some very good options. He's also resorted to calling other people on the forum "dumb" . If I were Mike @ CZP I would've refunded this guy no questions asked and told him to look for business somewhere else, customers shouldn't treat the people the pay badly like this

Alot of merchant has to deal with people like op. Not to bash op but the merchant did give you several options. The merchant was wrong to post incorrect information but at least they tried what they could without taking a huge hit. Running a business is hard, there are many fees and things they have to deal with. Offering free return is basically them taking the hit for the customer. Returning anything at that size can cost more than $20. What Mike did for op is actually good customer service. There are many merchant that wouldn't even offer a free return even when it's their mistake. So the only inconvince that op had was driving to the nearest Shipping store.

The $50 charge back fee is very unreasonable but understandable. I had to deal with alot of people who charged back at my friends resteraunt. To think that people are willing to charge back on a $10 meal..

Sum things up... CZP didn't steal from op. If they did then they wouldn't even reply to op or given op those options. Op is being to critical and very unreasonable.
