SVX elements
Quote:
Hello all, I'm a newbie here but I'm very glad that you have put up a website dedicated to these twin sister cars so to speak. I sold my 1995 laguna blue pearl SVX LSi two hears ago and this photochop you posted has many of the integrated design elements that ItalDesign put into that car. Wish they had the split windows in this concept though. I hope it looks like this when they are finished with it instead of that ugly legacy gt they came out with a while back. |

What is it 60/40? That hatch style is fine for an economy car IMHO or even a hothatch but a RWD sports car should have a "sleeker" style especially in the hatchback body. And please don't even suggest that is the only hatchback style out there you'll make me .Personally, I'd choose a Kammback hatch , more aerodynamic yet still good cargo space/head room and it looks better than a van style hatch or even a coupe. Although a kammback would necessarily require a spoiler or defuser in a sports car. Not a bad requirement in my mind. If you care two shakes about aerodynamics you want it to be slippery and stable.

^ Supras, Celicas etc were also "hatchbacks". Hatchback coupe = fastback. Technically speaking.

22B was pushing 350ps/267tq stock and only weighted 1,270kg (2,800 lbs), also weight distribution is f52/r48 (not 60/40). It's most slammed out of all the Imprezas! Wheelbase been too short? iirc GC series where 99" while GD series are 100". Wow 1 f***ing inch difference! Last edited by ichitaka05; 01-18-2011 at 09:45 PM. |

Looks, I don't care if you hate it or love it, at least make an actual fact statement on 22B, not bs. If you just don't like how it looks fine, that's your opinion and I respect that. BUT if you state 22B is worst because wheelbase is short or too taller than other STI then, other Subimaniac can prove you wrong... so careful how you state it :happy0180:

A crashed 22B got sold off here late last year. Was a right off.
Sold for approx 40,000 I think. Needed about 30 to 35k to replace the Geniuen parts and to restore it. Ive always wanted a 22B. Thats out of my price range tho. |
