Was the bumper bar just a few bolts and are the tow hooks threads still present?

Nope. However, there's a lot to work with back there. I thought of at least 3 solutions for mounting a tow hook. Went with the shittiest/easiest for now.

I am on the cusp of doing this as I think it's stunning. I am using the tow hook bike rack pretty frequently and don't want that to go away.
