They dont sell stealth boxes alone, if its a ported box I doubt it will be tuned for the sub you have. If its sealed it still doesnt mean it would be optimal for it.

Thats why they sell it as a set, so that you actually get somthin that sounds good.

It also uses the new Tw3 10" shallow sub, it's probable that not many other subs would even fit unless they were very shallow too. There was a company selling corner boxes but somebody mentioned them not using a mdf ring to mount the sub which is not recommended.

If you guys need amps too let me know if you just want a mono to power it or the jl xd500/3 so you can run some components up front also. I'm sure the more we get the better discount they will give me.

The stock amp powers the door speakers, you will have to add an amp to go with the stealthbox also.

Yeah you can add a mono amp to power the stealthbox or add a 3 or 5 channel amp to power the stealthbox and front component speakers. You could power the factory speakers with an aftermarket amp if you wanted to though, I think the door speakers are 2ohm so you would have to be careful.

I wouldn't mind adding a mono amp and maybe some C5-650's.

Here are the JL amps that are available and what their pricing is on JL's website just to give you guys an idea hopefully we can do quite a bit better.

JX250/1 $199
http://www.jlaudio.com/jx250-1-car-a...plifiers-99398

XD300/1 $299
http://www.jlaudio.com/xd300-1-car-a...plifiers-98266

or my suggestion if you plan on adding some components
XD500/3 $419
http://www.jlaudio.com/xd500-3-car-a...plifiers-98267

A little over $100 more or maybe right at it with a discount and you get 2 channels to power some front components or coaxials. The XD200/2 would cost you another $300 if you wanted to add it later to amp the front stage and you would have to wire 2 amps instead of one.

Components
C2-650 $249

C3-650 $429
http://www.jlaudio.com/c3-650-car-au...-systems-99022

C5-650 $499
http://www.jlaudio.com/c5-650-car-au...-systems-99104

I got a 2-way set or Morel Elites, used, but in great shape for $500. Just gotta hunt around.

There is a new set of those morel 3 ways on eBay for 600, probably no warranty but I wish I had it to get them.
