I doubt CF but probably have upgraded suspension, brembos, BBS wheels, the typical STI exterior aero and some interior details like alcantara, steering wheel and stitching.
I don't mean extensive CF. Maybe one or two out of hood, trunk or roof. Nothing too crazy.

2015 1.6T BR-Z STI = 30K
I would make these changes:

2012 2.0L NA BR-Z = 19K

2013 1.6T BR-Z STI = 25k

I would make the BR-Z STI with the same motor as the base WRX, and assume there is a 2.0T for the WRX STI.

They will need a bit of a performance gap, because if this thing costs less and weighs less, with the same motor it will embarrass the WRX STI in all but the worst weather.

IDK, 2L NA for base & 1.6L turbo for STI ver? Why Subaru would do that? Subaru have so much tech in 2L, why not make 2L turbo for STI? It's not like they're planning to BRZ for WRC... yet anyways

Because they still have the more expensive WRX STI. And it will need the more powerful 2.0L motor so that it faster than the 'lower-level' BR-Z STI.

Sadly it's about product placement and marketing, not engineering.

Hm... you have good point.

BUT Subaru is planning to put WRX in the WRC, so there's no reason for them drop BRZ w 1.6L turbo engine (unless they wanna bring BRZ to different class of WRC), they can keep WRX w 1.6L turbo

It just makes more sense to use the same base engine. I seriously doubt there will be a turbo anytime soon either way. The 1.6L isn't due until 2013/2014 anyway if it does happen.

It's not like a 2WD car needs more torque than an AWD car of comparable size and weight.
