I'm new hi! From Ohio

Just ordered mine wednesday.

BRZ Limited in Pearl White with the 6 Speed Manual transmission and the Following options.

- Auto dimming mirror with compass and home link.
- Rear bumper diffuser
- Sunshade
- Optional subwoofer

Sunshade and the subwoofer will be fitted at the dealer. "Per the dealer"

Dealer confirmed the order has been placed SOA and will keep me updated as the order progresses.

Don't know what the next steps are but he said I should have in a couple of months.

Greetings!

I've been lurking for a while, thought I'd speak up and say hi!

I don't drive a BRZ yet, my ordered SWP Premium MT might be coming in around October, so I've just been driving myself nuts by reading these forums every day until then. I finally saw a BRZ in person today. (although it was in a showroom, does that count? I still have yet to see an 86 on the road) It looked even cooler than I thought it would. Especially the wheels, I think they're the best oem wheels on any car.

SWP BRZ Limited 6mt on the way

Hi everyone,

My name is Adam and I just put a deposit on a SWP BRZ Limited. Car should be here end of August. Got dealer to do $500 over invoice. We had a LGT Spec B before this. I also own a performance shop in Colorado Springs so keep an eye out for some new mods and dyno numbers. Planning to do some HPDE stuff ASAP too. I will post pics when the car shows up.

Got back from the dealership this evening, and I finally got to try out an FR-S.

I actually started a topic awhile back, as I wasn't sure how well I would fit in it:
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10153

To recap: I'm 6'6" and was concerned about the headrest/fitting.
I plopped right in, even without maxing out the seat to lower it. Once I had the seat at a nice level (all the way back on the slider, but not max lowered), I fit comfortably. I have about two inches to the headrest at this level.

I drove a 6MT. My legs didn't get anymore scrunched up below the wheel than any other manual car I've driven, so the clutch travel distance is normal for me.

I never took the RPM above 3K on the test drive. Kept it Real Easy.

My previous ride a couple years ago was an 07 Impreza 5MT. The current clutch pressure and grab points feel nearly identical to the Impreza. (Thanks Subaru Engineers!).

Even at my height I feel very low to the ground. The seat is extremely supportive. The ride and feel is reassuring, even on the horrible tarmac areas where I drove around town.

So, how did everything go then? Fantastic! Placed a deposit on it and I'm going to pick it up this weekend!

Hi all...been lurking a while and just registered. Bought a SWP BRZ Limited 6mt about 3 weeks ago and I love it. I was going get an FRS but after some issues with the guys at the local dealer I began looking at the BRZ and loved the Limited! The car is a blast and it is getting some goodies real soon!

Cool Hello from England

Hello from England, ordered my BRZ SE Lux back in March this year and last week it arrived, so it's been an enjoyable week so far.
At the weekend I drove quite a lot around Wales running her in, and took so nice photos, which I've added to http://brz2.com/ my new photo gallery

New 6mt DGM BRZ Limited

I've had mine for a few weeks now and I love it! I've yet to go through my first full tank of gas yet, but every time I drive it I love it more and more. I passed on a WRB for the DGM and am very happy (although this car looks great in any color)

Hey guys!

Deposit in for a Limited WRB. Current ETA is early September. Currently drive a modded mk6 GTI but will be letting it go when the BRZ arrives. The anticipation is killing me >.<

Hello! I'm a 33yr old car/motorcycle enthusiast in the Denver area.

Ordered a DGM BRZ Premium about a Month ago in Early July. Expecting delivery somewhere around October.

I'm a huge Subaru fan, this will be my 6th Subaru between my wife and I. For fun cars, I've had a 2004 STi (stolen), then a 2006 Evo MR, then a 2008 STi, then was laid off later in '08 and picked up a 2001 2.5 RS, then took my wife's 2005 WRX wagon (she got a 2011 OBS), and I just sold the WRX recently and placed an order for a BRZ.

I have a feeling the BRZ will be the last car I own for quite a while. I've been in love with AWD for many years, but now I want a simplified drivetrain and more refined driving experience. Plus, the BRZ arguable makes the better track car, even though it's the 2nd slowest car I'll have owned on the last 10 years. My track buddies are about as excited as I am...

Oh, for those interested, my bike is a 2011 Z1000, black/green with Akrapovic full exhaust and tune. She's my only form of transportation right now!
