I asked to see the quote because I thought I was missing something. That didn't include an alignment. It didn't include wheels. It didn't include TPMS sensors and programming. That was the price they quoted someone to swap tires on a 5 year old commuter car.

Big yikes. Time to add them to the blacklist.

The thought did cross my mind. They also quoted her $710 to replace the cvt fluid on a car where it isn't suggested to do so by the manufacturer. I've never had that done, but from what I can find it should be $250 - $350. The full quote for tires, trans fluid, a battery, and cabin and engine filters came out to just over $3000.

This is the same dealership I took the BRZ to in order to have the TPMS sensors reprogrammed after getting new wheels. They called me mid-service and told me one of the sensors were dead, and tried to charge a $200 diagnostic fee + $400 to buy and install a new sensor. I told them I wasn't paying the diagnostic fee because I didn't ask them to diagnose anything, and I would take the dead sensor up with the place I bought them from. They called back 5 minutes after I declined service to say the 4th sensor started working so I could still pay for the TPMS programming.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt then that maybe they did have difficulty, but now I'm less trusting. Of course this is speculation on my part.

Speaking of tires, just measured the stock Alfa Pirellis after 7500 miles. The fronts still have 5/32 on them. The rears have 2/32.

I'm not entirely sure how to interpret this. I'm also going on 9.5 hours of work on 3 hours of sleep, so probably missing something obvious.

Your go-to virus vector, remember? I just did a mass find/replace with it.

I saw how it read, shrugged my shoulders, and sent it anyway.

At this point I just wish people would stop using Notepad++ as a password manager.

The last few days I've woken up and decided to choose violence. It's felt pretty good actually.

Might be worth trying...

Being accused of not being prepared for a meeting I wasn't actually invited to or informed of, then spending my lunch time desperately preparing for said meeting only for it to be cancelled at the last minute because the organizer of the meeting (being the accuser) wasn't prepared is frustrating...

My deal is this week was a 3 day week and the soldiers have been rather insubordinate. So they keep trying to hide in the bathrooms or just hang out in groups trying to 'blend 'in' or in the case of one soldier, making snarky remarks. So when myself and several other coaches have to discipline the soldiers while trying to coach those who've never lifted, it's frustrating. So I just decided to come in hot and bring down the hammer. Fortunately (or unfortunately) it's crossed over into the virtual world where I wanna mess with people. Ultramaroon knows this lol.

Sounds like our sales manager. He is in charge of the trade show, the stuff left last Friday. He came and asked me today if there was anything I thought we needed
