Which reminds me of a back-in-the-day story ...... that happened more than once.

It was a hot, humid, afternoon in July, back on the farm in Ohio. My father and I were in the back 40, combining wheat. Sure enough, something on the combine broke. My father flew off the handle and yelled at me to run up to the barn (barefoot I was) and get that "thing-ah-ma-jig" tool out of the tool box on the old tractor.

So, I took off, figuring I would figure out what the heck he was talking about when I looked in the tool box. Well, the tool didn't jump out at me so I grabbed what I thought would work and ran back to the field. NOPE ...... "I" was wrong ........ what he needed was in the tool box of the OTHER old tractor ......

Back I ran to the barnyard. Right then and there, I started to learn what tool was right for the job ......
