Where did you get that bolt? Can't be the one that came with the kit, right? I definitely would not run on that. If anything, i'd drop the washer to get a couple additional turns on that nut.

I think you will be fine with that bolt as long as you torqued it to spec. Perhaps some thread locker just to make sure. That apparantly is a factory KW bolt.

I haven't seen anyone confirm that there is any significant oil that comes out of the front driver side breather. If you want to save some money, then just throw a standard small breather filter on the end of the hose and call it a day.

If that washer is removed the thread goes the entire length of the nut. With thread lock I would assume that would be just fine.

This is how the kit came. Didn't buy that bolt.

Cogged pulleys are a lot quieter at idle. I thought I had grown to liking the louder whine of the smooth idlers, but now that I have the cogged idlers on I'm enjoying the other engine/SC/exhaust sounds a lot more. You can definitely still hear the whine at higher RPMs, but it is relatively tame (almost sleeper quieter) near idle.

Well after talking with Joe at kraftwerks, I will be pulling my blower off tomorrow as he said there isn't enough grease in the idle pulleys to cause what I have on mine.so I'm going to pull it to take pictures and see if I can trace it down. More then likely it will be going back to them. Sad Panda over here.

may the schwartz be with you....
