So I don't pay attention to RX-7 prices but that is quite a bit less expensive than I would have guessed. Is this one of those things where manuals command way more than automatics? Or is this just a typical price?

No idea. It does have a tiny bit of rust on the muffler piping, indicating that it's probably been driven in some Chicago winters so maybe that's lowering the price.

If you record a fender bender on a dash cam are you obliged to pull over with the people who got into the accident and let them know?

Saw one on my way home tonight but I figured it was a cut and dry accident, person didn't stop in time and fault is pretty obvious. Not sure if I could help at all.

I would say no, there is no obligation to pull over. The dashcam is for your use, not theirs. If I felt that the driver was being wreckless prior to the crash, I may be more willing to pull over though.
