Hey hey.
been reading these forums for a few months, guess I should say hi. Last year or so I've been wanting to replace my much loved mini Cooper s. Looked at a whole range of cars, rx8, golf, 350z, 370z, BMW 135i among others but non have screamed at me. My hopes are high for the ft, very high. Yes Toyota, you have my attention, just dont fuck it up! |

Hi folks! First post. Currently running a 1985 GT-S hatch with a 20V silvertop with ITBs and a blacktop ECU. Can't wait to hit up the dealership to pre-order the FR-S - or whatever it is eventually called. I figure having one 86 is not enough...!

Well, hello... Guess I'll post here too.
Currently drive an old Accord and a nice 4Runner, but I need to replace the Accord and don't need to do it with something practical. Loved my old Miata, and have been thinking about getting a new one, but have never been that crazy about a soft top. I'm an old Subaru guy from way back (one of first 500 members on NASIOC, but don't post there much anymore), and I LOVE my current Toyota, so the FT ticks all my boxes. As long as it gets 30 MPG and my Accord doesn't blow up before it's available, I'll be in line at the dealership the day it's available. My one blue-sky wish is that you can get dual-zone climate control. I know it's contrary to the spirit of the thing, and I might get crucified for asking, but my wife will be riding with me most of the time. Married guys know where I'm coming from. Hey, you can get it in the new Yaris, at least in europe. ![]() Anxiously awaiting some official news... |

Hi all,
Been a long time fan of the Supra's but never had enough money to buy one ! I've been following this website for a while and signed up recently. According to Tada, only U.S will get a Scion FR-S? I've called a Toyota dealer last week here in Montreal and the answer was "It'll be a Toyota here" and he took my e-mail. ~Tom |

Hey guys! New to the forum and definetly plan to buy either the Subaru or the Scion. I just might stall until after the first year model in case of some early problems.
I searched through the forums but couldn't really find anything, but does anyone know if these are supposed to come with an LSD? I've been keeping up with current news about the FT-86 everyday but I have never heard of any news of an LSD to be attached, maybe I missed something. Thanks! : ) My name is Justin by the way. |

Hello all!
I've visited and been lurking on the forums for a while so I figured it was time to join. I guess I'm just another car guy waiting anxiously for the debut of the ft86. I'm glad to be here. |

Hey guys, Been coming here a lot but it has never really occurred to me to actually join. So i finally did.
So, hey whats up. Name is Joey, but feel free to call me w/e you want. Name is just a label, its how you wear it right? Anyway, originally from Hawaii, but now I'm in japan going to school (So for any of you guys here in japan ever want to hang out you should just hit me up, always looking for someone new to hang out with) My car was an AE86, but sad days I had to sell it to a military guy in Hawaii because no one else would know how to care for my baby. Also, I will be going to the November Tokyo Auto Show. So if any of you out there are going, we should go together have some laughs and a good time, so its nice to meet you all! |
