Yay, finally some footage of the fall cruise. A great start, can't wait for part 2! I really like how the scenery reflects off the hood, soooo shiny

Numbers?
Anyone have a practical solution for numbering their car?
I'm starting to look at autocross and snowcross and I'd like to avoid tape... maybe magnetic? Any ideas would be much appreciated! Cheers! PS how do you "thank" someone? |

I would suggest applying vinyl numbers as opposed to magnetic. Magnetics will scratch your paint (except for the first time) and have a tendency to fall off depending how good the magnet is. Magnets will never stay completely clean and any dirt will end up between that and the paint. Even if the car is a bit dirty, clean it with ONR or detail spray and apply the vinyl with a credit card, then remove afterwards. I will probably get vinyl numbers made up soon for anyone who needs them. It's not a money-maker for me, just figured I'd help if anyone needs them. You get multiple sets (enough to last a season, i.e. 1 set of each event) and apply them and remove after the event. Where do the numbers go? Doors? I know for track events we can put them on the windshield, that way I can keep it on as long as I want. Can also add your class also. |

Offerings of various car parts are also accepted. They are normally dropped off on Friday nights near Merivale and Hunt Club in the summer but special arrangements can be made through the winter.
