I hate this track lol. That final chicane is a nightmare.

Same. I have never been a fan, it is really close to being really good. I burnt the crap out the palm of my hand at work today so this is going to make setting a lap interesting.

Is one of those GP Tracks that is just meh to me IRL lol. Maybe we should have gone with the updated track but oh well. I forget what time I set yesterday. I'll give it another go today.

It's designed around slowing down formula cars. If all the S turns and the chicane where opened up it would flow a lot better.

My vote goes to Dragon Trail. This leaves the current tally at:
1-Dragon Trail 1-Sardegna 1- Button Willow 1-Mount Panorama

Ha, don't count on it! I'm going to limit myself to 5 laps in each car, trying for tonight. I'm not talented enough to get a good time in only 5 laps.

Yeah, I think my going rate for our TAs is 3 to 5 laps per car. If it's a track I suck at, more laps won't help me. LOL.

I actually had a lot of fun in the 1st gen and could have gone on to do more than 5 laps. 2nd gen I was effing disgusted with it and only did 4. This is what you get!
Since the last big handling update my wheel’s FFB seems to cut out and become super light after 20-30 mins of driving at which point I don’t want to drive any more. Also I guess I hadn’t played since they added the XJ220 and I missed it! Been one of those weeks.. Edit - omfg and the pics are upside down to boot! 1st gen 2:09.631 2nd gen 2:06.279 |

So right now Im at 2.11. I think I know where I am losing time, this track is a lot of 3-4th transitions but going to 2nd I find it slows you down quite significantly, lets not mention 1st, which is super short.

Turns 5, 10 and 15 are the only places I go to 2nd. Usually always pays to stay in 3rd it seems

Mine does it intermittently. Kinda like driving my real car on track except instead of losing power steering it has all the power steering.

I think the chicane is the only place I really used 2nd, other than using 2nd real quick to rotate the car more in a corner then going back into 3rd.

Ha yes this is exactly it. I thought maybe it was an overheating thing but pretty sure it doesn't do it with Assetto on PC and that's usually stronger FFB

Yeah, I have no issue with ACC and the FFB is way stronger than GT7. It's one of my biggest gripes with GT7 is the FFB is mediocre.
