Fake news...
Btw,If I see a Lambo's or two floating downriver I'll call you up to help me hitch it up I really need a replacement for my old daily?

Dont get me started about my friends the SQ...

A view from across the MTL port, wonder if they have some stolen cars in that one

If that were to happen you'd be in a line of people all wanting to be first to get them. As in the artilce, some guy was already trying to get to the teddy bears.

I know where you're coming from. I have some new friends who are not to happy with them right now. The SQ seized their cars for the OPP as part of the Grogan Classics car theft.

Welp, our furnace went out last night. Got pretty chilly in the house.

I got it fixed. That's a $1,400 expense we didn't need around Christmas.

Back in the day, the only thing about a furnace that "go out", was that you were out of coal, and that couldn't sneak up on ya!

My dad and I replaced the basement sewage ejector pump. New rule for buying a house, no more bathrooms below the septic line.

When the wife and I were first married we rented a basement apartment that was in a very nice home. The owners wanted the extra income but they didn’t pay for a sludge pump when they did the conversion. So the bathroom sink was at normal height. However, you had to walk up two steps to reach the bathtub which was halfway up the wall. Then a third step to reach the toilet. We had a sign made up that said; Men, Please Pee SEATED!
The house we live in now (going on 37 years) still has the original sludge pump. Go figure, eh!

One of my clients bought a DIY unit. It comes precharged. He got a manifold and vacuum pump off of Ebay. He says it works perfectly. He sold the pump and manifold for what he paid for them.

I'm having it installed. Also have to bump up to 220v for the bigger unit. We were limited in units to buy with our requirements. Had to heat below 0°f (most only go down to 5°f), had to have good reviews, and had to have repair parts available (many don't). The Mitsubishi fit the bill.

Edit: also had to be reasonably priced. Some units that fit the bill were ridiculously expensive, like $6-7k. The unit I got was a little under $2400.

On my to-do list. Just one of the many items that I've not got around to.
