Who here has used the 335 sprintex SC on stock internals on pump gas/85mm pulley? Moto-east has thoroughly tested it and says its knock counts (on the 85mm pulley and 93 gas) are that of the 210 with 69mm pulley.

Has anybody actually done this? Thank you

I wish you the best of luck, but I think this is a bad idea, for mostly obvious reasons.

I believe MRT in Australia also did something similar. Their testing would have been shit compared to Moto-East but they did say that it's just as worth while to buy the 335 kit and run a larger pulley as opposed to the 210 with a smaller pulley which over spins the 210.

In saying that, I've been talking to the engineers over at Sprintex and their RPM limits are "Continuous RPM Limits" being that it can't operate there for extended periods of time. The 69mm pulley on the 210 overspins after about 6800rpm. I'm actually looking at putting a 64mm pulley on the 210 system ;D

Sprintex very strongly advise NOT putting a 335 on a stock engine for obvious reasons, and I trust them much more than I trust MRT (no one trusts MRT)

The 335 is a totally different story; that blower is a motor killer. Simply too much boost and too much air.
This is from a VERY reputable tuner.

Alright gents, I've got something of interest for you today.
Here is a log of the 72.5mm Raceseng pulley on the non-intercharged kit, with a Delicious tuning tune for 91octane. It's worth noting that I'm running 92 Octane.

The guys at Delicious tuning IN NO WAY recommend running this pulley on this tune without an intercooled kit, and will in no way be responsible for any damage done to my car, or any of yours, should you choose to do anything similar on one of their tunes. This was done on my own accord, against the better judgement of the tuner.

They're both pushing 12psi. You'll be fine. I run the 210 intercooled with the 69mm pulley, tuned by Moto-East. No issues.

I ran the stock 80mm pulley on 93 octane and E85. I put several thousand miles on the motor, including one road course track day. Kit was purchased and e-tuned through Moto-East (fantastic guys to deal with), and I had zero issues with it.

Eventually I spun a bearing due to my negligence (not allowing full warm up of the motor/oil and beating on it). Almost done with built motor going in...

That's good to know! Thank you! I would be on the 85mm pulley and 93 pump gas, ALONG with WMI just to help with the overall reliability.

Did you run the 80mm pulley on 93? Or just e85. If so id love to hear more about that. I.e. Any dynos, knock count, intake temps, ect.

I appreciate it!
Cheers
