At least it seems your company has settled on one method. Depending on what department or even what individual in a department decides to use I have to play online meeting roulette half the time. Ok so I have a meeting. Is it Teams, Zoom, Goto, Skype, Joinme, or some thing I have never heard of and have to set all up. I bet we use 10 different methods. We even have one VP that insists on using WebEx since it is all he knows.
I would love it if they settled on one system and stuck with it.

All our projects are migrating over to Teams and the associated shared drives. Works well, each project having its Teams workplace where communication and files related to the project are in one place.

Outlook still being used which adds a small complication as we end up with 2 forms of communication. IT has reduced the size of attachments via Outlook so it forces staff to use Teams.

Can get very dizzying, and constricting if it turns into a spiral.

Remember that if you Take the blue pill and maintain an angle for more than 4 hours you need to seek medical attention.
