FYI August 2nd and 3rd are the last autox events at Crows Landing for the year.

Saturday is with the Santa Clara Corvette Club: http://www.sccorvettes.org/events/ca...to-X-%233.aspx
It is $40 for non-Corvette members, however you need to still be an SCCA member. If you're not an SCCA member you need to purchase a weekend membership, which will be $5 this time only.

Sunday is with SFR SCCA: http://www.sfrautox.com/?page_id=391
Pre-reg is $40 and can be found here http://www.motorsportreg.com/events/...1#.U9KeLfldWF8
On-site registration is $50. If you're not an SCCA member you will need to purchase a weekend membership, which will be $5 this time only.

If you attended the Corvette Club event and purchased a weekend membership, it will be good for SFR SCCA event as well. Please bring your receipt (the pink paper you keep from the weekend membership) for proof if you register on-site. If you pre-register, contact the host on the pre-reg link and let him know.

Do you know how many runs you normally get with the Corvette club?

I've gone to a Corvette Club autox last year and it wasn't very technical, but open and fast. I know who is designing the course for SFR SCCA, and it will be technical, fast, and fun

I don't know if I'll be out the last weekend at Crows, sadly I have a out of town bachelor party to go to. I'm trying to figure out how to make it on Sunday at least.

kinda sux, but I think im gonna have to still take 5 runs for $45 over 3-4 runs for $55. Though that is a payday, so maybe I will try to make both

It's simple, pre-register to SFR SCCA and you'll only pay $45. If you can't make it you email the host in the pre-reg link and he'll make sure you're refunded. I can also guarantee the course at SFR SCCA will be very good.

PRE-REGISTRATION ENDS TONIGHT!!!!!!

It's only $5 for a weekend membership with SFR that weekend too?

I think I'll just register then even if I wind up not going. Lol.

Are run groups up yet? It would be impossible if I have to get there for RG1.

You only need one weekend membership for the entire weekend, so if you go to the Corvette Club and pay for the weekend membership then it'll be good for SFR SCCA too. If that's the plan you need to let the host, Glen Anderson, in the pre-reg link know. His email is there.

The run group order is posted in my post about both days. The order is also on the pre-reg page. STX and CS are RG 6.
