It's not a requirement to have insurance that covers your own vehicle unless you have a lien against it. If you own your vehicle, you're only required to insure other vehicles against you(liability insurance.) I've never heard of any state NOT requiring car insurance tho.

from what I was told in Traffic School, in California, it's not required, but in lieu of insurance you have to put up a $30K bond (might be higher now, this was 1999 when I went).

Just installed Perrin lightweight crank pulley.... In glorious RED. Took me no more than 20 minutes, and I can definitely feel the car revving faster and easier!

A+ for @PERRIN quality

Also I just checked my coolant level and in the reservoir it's between low and full which is good but I was wondering where should it be inside the rad cap?

In the rad cap should be just barley on top.. when you lightly squeeze the radiator hose you will see the coolent push up.. be careful hose can be hot if you just ran it.. let it cool a bit plus the coolent needs to cycle first..you wont really get much of a accurate if car is cold and pump has not cycle. .

Be careful when opening cap when hot..let it cool first
