Absolutely love the way this combo sounds. I honestly wouldn't do this axleback without this front/over pipe. It's quieter on the highway with it but louder at wot.
Hi Mike,

I've got a Cosworth Cat Back.

The bit about being quieter on the highway interests me! I find my setup a little loud at 2500-3000rpms.

Is it noticeably quieter or just a little? Haveing a hard time finding a quiet frontpipe. The Fujitsubo seem the only option.

It was noticeably less boomy and loud in the lower rpms and louder at eide open throttle. I think it has to do with that Helmholtz resonator on the Nameless piece.

Can't you get the catted/resonated one from Nameless or cosworth?

I sure can, just wasn't sure if it was actually quieter.

Mind the Cosworth one is 3" which will make it louder.

Could order the Nameless 2.5" one like you have. Edit - no I cant as it not compatible with RHD cars.

PITA send it back over the Atlantic if it has fitment issues though.

Overall volume was probly louder, but less in cabin drone in the lower rpm range. I had the 3" axle back so I know loud, I actually had to get rid of it and put the stock one back on when I got a header because it was too loud. Still the sound was my favorite with the front/over pipe and axleback.

What if you just ordered the factory fit front pipe version with the Helmholtz?

Beastronix switches installed. One for fans, one for instant pedal dance. I need to label them at some point.

I switched to using the RPF1s as my daily wheels since they look so much better than stock. Bought some Apex ARC-8s in Anthracite as the new track wheels.
