Does Lunatic racing have a yellow corvette? Pretty sure I saw one with a "Lunatic racing" trailer at my first track day in NJMP lightning earlier this year. The driver was my instructor. Either way

I hope to some day when I get some more money buy the Greddy rear diffuser for my car. But in the mean time I made my own out of 060 aluminum. It's nice and flat from the lower control arms back. Don't know if this will help on the track or not but we'll see what happens. I didn't mind cutting the car as I would need to cut out the stock back end anyway to add the Greddy Diffuser.

I still have some holes to fill and cosmetic work to do to finish it off.

I also added a piece of 060 aluminum to my Aero Jacket splitter. It goes back to the stock metal tray under the engine and bolts to the frame. This gives the fiberglass splitter some additional strength and hopefully protease it from scrapes and possible harm.

I just scabbed on some temp support bars. I will add better ones later.

OP, I'm very interested in getting 4.88 gears in my auto. Few questions if you don't mind. Where did you get the kit from, how much can I expect to pay for install, and do you think the dealership give me any trouble if I ever take my car in for power-train warranty.

I got the gear set from
SPENCE WEIR
Weir Performance Engr., LLC
707-315-6638
Something like $275

A local shop installed them for about $500

Don't know about your dealership and warranty, seams to vary from place to place.

Chances are they would never even know you had them unless you told them about them, or had the dealer install them...

I decided to install my Bayson side skirts before painting them. I wanted to make sure about the fit, with out worrying about scratching fresh paint. And my paint shop says they can spray then just about as easy on the car. So here they are. Fit was perfect. Couldn't be happier.

I had to replace the aluminum rear diffuser I made. I really liked it but some tracks will not let you run aluminum or steel. So I went with one of the aftermarket diffusers.

I also got my good splitter support rods and installed them. I had a hard time finding support rods long enough, I ended up using Go-Cart steering rods, worked great.
