Nice decisions, really.

That particular car, can't wait.

Will you share the cost?
The car cost roughly $3000 delivered, although in Michigan making it legal is somewhat of a process because it is a scrap title. It will need a good bit of work in paint, windshield, and side windows, then obviously all the body panels in the front end and some tube work to make them attach. At least the entire bay up to the firewall ought to be stitch welded as well. Still a deal, but realistically I should have just bought an already caged s13 shell. Oh well, I'm in this car too deep already.

VVTi 1jz + auto was $1300 shipped, I got my solstice transmission for $400 locally. The auto transmission is actually useful because it can go in my GS300 if I turbo it or my stock auto dies.

In for $5 donation.

Hell, I'm sure you could have enough to fund this car from just people who dislike Visconti....

If no one else starts one Ill do it my self and start the kickstarter for the OP so it doesn't look like hes begging for money. It would be awesome to see everyone come together to get this car back on the road.

@marcoaferrer I'll probably start one soon, I want to have some vinyl cut so people can donate like $10 and have a sticker to show for it instead of $5 for free. I'd much rather sell an overpriced sticker than just take money, lol.

oh also, I'm not paying to be a vendor on here, and if me or anyone else on my behalf starts a kickstarter to crowdsource extra funding for my car I'll probably get banned, seeing how the mods are on here.

Yeah but your not selling a product. We are all joining together to crowd fund your build.

Your not selling a product, you are raising money, and almost every company who collects fund raisers will throw in a freebie to show that you have helped the cause.

I donate money to a breast cancer fund my mom's friend started back east and they sent me a shirt. Technically not a sale so they better not banhammer you.

Really want to see how this turns out! Sub'd for sure.

Want to see it go again

Do an indiegogo crowdfund campaign on this build. There's so many bs campaigns out there, but this is definitely worth a pledge.

I'd chip in and a sticker to put on my brace under the hood that showed a V in flames and "We Can rebuild it" and an FT86Club.com would be a sweet souvenir lol

I mean - we are only on page 4 and already we have everything from a burnt out drama car to sewer leaks to an engine sitting in a tire. Epic build. JV should chip in too. That would show class
