A concern as not all of us plan on unloading our cars in 4 years.
It's in the front pipe. Keep the header catless for the best gains and it's cheaper. It's down 1 cat and the tune keeps a CEL from happening. This is a very efficient setup that doesn't have the smell a catless setup causes.

That's correct. Quality header design and a high flow cat in the front pipe will get you where you need to be to hit these numbers.

Yes yes...catless header for best power, and at least 1 cat (on the FP) to keep stink and also rasp/noise down.

If in Cali..keep stock headers and stock FP in garage for smog time

That's what we do. I wouldn't recommend that anyone get rid of their stock emissions equipment. Especially with how expensive it is to replace them!
