I'll take the exhaust if it's not just tips installed , ill also take your front tow hook cap. If insurance ask what happened to it, tell them it got knocked off maybe?? I just joke cause your ok, glad you're ok!!

car just got sent to the total loss department of the ins company, they are trying to find suitable comparisons to determine value. glad i bought GAP ins... looks like ill be getting a new car after all. fingers crossed...

Well, its official its totaled!!! damn thats a relief. they are paying off the full remaining loan because they couldn't find any 2014 frs to compare it to haha. so its 28k they have to pay, damn... anyone know if they are liable for the payments ive made up until this point? its not much but every penny counts.

It is worth a try but I seriously doubt they will. Either way, I would consult with an attorney before closing on any agreement with them. Especially if you have any outstanding injuries.

this portion of the claim is only for the base car itself there are 2 other claims i have open, one is for all the aftermarket parts and labor, and the other is for my medical. the medical claim will probably be open for some time unfortunately.
