No matter how careful you are, it's gonna happen eventually. I've had mine for 6 months so far and have scraped 2 serious times, and countless others that are minor. Streets are far from smooth and flat. Best advice is to just move on and enjoy the ride anyways.

Yep. Me too. Have a few scars under the front bumper. You can't see them unless the car is jacked up, but I know they're there.

We should start a scrape crisis center thread.

well i had the same problem and just trying to yank it wont work. You have to unbolt the whole damn thing (As per ark's instructions)...and that didnt work either.... So the OCD in me took er to a muffler shop and they banged the shit out of one of the hooks and slightly bent them up. That did it. Later I noticed in a picture I took at the dealer the car came stock with uneven tailpipes so yeah... Prolly didnt notice before because the gap was so huge!
