Yeah I think it should be limited to external mods/mods we can hear. Kind of like if we run into one on the street we can see what it looks like and/or hear what it sounds like.

No one is going to see a strut bar or engine dress up pieces when your driving lol

Short descriptions are just the highlight of your mods. Like a SC or a turbo or something you think is fairly big/you are most proud of. I put my Katzkin's which you can't see, but I am proud I did them myself.

It is always tougher to write a short description than a long one.
