Your long term trims through the dip area are showing +10% so your wot AFR there is 10% richer than the fuel map calls for. They tapper off some as the rev's climb and you move into higher maf output areas.

I hate long term trims on these cars, they are applied in open loop and will crush your tuned afr, or in this case the desired factory afr.
That's correct, 54% is full throttle. So you don't think it has anything to do with maf reading wrong air flow? My dyno showed 10 or below in that area.

It's stupid rich for sure in the dip and up top but I did not see anything in your modlist that should cause an issue with the maf... Maybee get some maf cleaner spray and give it a cleaning... K&N's have been known to be over oiled from the factory. Have look at the air straightener in front of the maf, make sure everything is as it should be with the airbox and filter assembly.

Other than that I think you just need a good tune. You may have jumped to a little higher load and that combined with the long term trim dumping fuel.....

You could try swapping sensors with someone if you want.

I'll clean the maf. I removed the large resonator that attaches to the box. I'm wondering if that could be the culprit.

I wonder if they fixed the issue with the maf sensor with the trd intake. Here's a dyno I found and the a/f looks pretty good.

Were you the only one with a header? As your chart did not show the prominent dip compared to the others?

Has anyone contacted the shop about the electronic files?

Also - I thought it was a great set-up for what we did. I'd be down to go again in a few months. We need to find someone willing to loan us a stock one for a baseline.

Just cleaned mine on my lunch break. The idle seems a lot smoother, and power seems to be up a little bit as well. Definitely worth giving it a try. CRC MAF cleaner should be available at most auto part stores. I picked up a can at Pep Boys.

I haven't contacted them yet. I'd be down for another day. Hopefully will have something new on the car before too long.

I sent Kevin an email for my logs when I got home Saturday. I'm assuming he'll get them to me in the next couple days.

Good stuff. Make it a habit to clean the MAF if you're using an oiled filter.
