I think the problem here is quite obvious. You have obviously been working out a lot during the first 1200km or so. After a good week of rest, you probably did not realize that you are now ripped. The effort required to turn the wheel must have felt significantly less than before because of your amazing muscles.
You then became worried about the steering feel of your vehicle and stopped working out. Around the time that you adjusted the steering column, you didn't realize that you were less buff than you were before. Because you weren't jacked anymore, the steering felt heavier. Problem solved. |
