I feel blessed to be able to enjoy so many fun vehicles. This is a great time for cars!

I set this aside because it was becoming too expensive to run on the track. Blew my trans last time out. Now it's just a fun wknd car. 380whp Comptech Supercharged with Type R goodies and DG-5 suspension.

My former daily driver now with now 150k miles on the TRD Supercharger. It's reserved for when friends need to move a washing machine and snowboarding days. I inherited a 40 mile commute so the BRZ made more sense.

Then sold this last March to free up some $$ for the BRZ. LS1 V8, with C6 Z06 goodies.

There's no replacement for this though... (don't mind the squid helmet!)

BTW, by "Other Japanese", the OP means "Mitsubishi." Unless someone happens to have a Suzuki.
I think the evo had a tiny bit better steering response but that may be due to power steering vs electric steering. My evo was stock so i think the FRS is miles more fun to drive. I had the evo for 2 years and only drove it 9k miles, iv had the FRS since may and im almost at 4.5k. Though i dont miss selling the evo, dont know why guess i had to many problems with it. On the other hand i still think about my eclipse and all the problem free issues :< Yes its fun to own a tail happy car I dont think i can go away from RWD now.

Currently own a 2004 Audi S4 with the 4.2 V8 and a full list of ridiculously expensive mods. As far as cars, I have owned nothing but Audi's and VW's since the 1990s.

I'm done playing the German car game for a while, BRZ on order.

2011 GTI

Although technically I'm not getting rid of it, just adding the FR-S to the stable.

Parted ways with this one last year though:

2009 STI

My first car was a 1999 VW Jetta VR6:

Then I bought a 1999 Chevy S10 Pick-up:

And now I bought the BRZ, haven't gotten rid of either of the others.

2009 BMW 335d.

Sometimes I miss the effortless torque (mine was chipped, making 525+ TQ @1700RPM). Sometimes I miss having a decent sounding stereo too.

I don't miss the seats, the body roll, the sheer heft of the car, the automatic transmission (it was a good auto but I bored of it quickly), the engine sound (or lack of), the typically underpowered German A/C, the amount of expensive tires I went through, the annoyingly long list of stupid issues that kept cropping up (warranty, but still...)

The mileage was a little bit better on the D, but not much in my mixed driving. If I was all highway, the D would beat it by more.
