Damn ghost in hear. Been quite a while since your username has popped up in the FI section!

Also don't forget, the whole reason for the FBM fan kit existing wasn't to improve on cooling but, to get the fans away from the turbo and catching fire/melting. Any benefits from the size and shroud came with the territory.

Anyone know the stock fans size. Because i was told it wasnt gonna fit with my greddy t518z set up so i got a 9 inch low profile fan and i think it may not be cooling it enough in the summer.

I know it's not apples to apples, but I have a bigger turbo in my car than the Greddy ( location may not be the same though). I just trimmed/cut a portion of the fan "guard" that the compressor housing would've been touching. No issues and I get to keep my strong OEM fans.

Do not change the fans out unless you must; it is almost always a compromise for a car that is street driven. As fun as it is to buy cool aftermarket stuff, I've found on other platforms ( e36, 3000GT VR4) that aftermarket fans are a compromise for reliability, airflow, fit, wiring, blah blah blah.
