Yup. That is actually why they are called Buffalo wings.


I remember when the first mom & pop place in Lockport started serving them. Shit blew up like Takata's air bags.

Chicken wings! SMH

Back on the farm, we raised and ate a lot of chickens. The wings from a chicken were usually used for making chicken broth or tossed to the dogs.

However, my grandmother (from West Virginia) would eat the wings, along with the gizzard and meat out of the neck. The men folk got the big meaty pieces -

It seems that now days chicken wings are covered with hot sauce, called buffalo wings and usually eaten by drunk men watching football on TV.
