Your Mother drove RWD
Your Grandmother drove RWD
Your Great Grandmother drove RWD
and if young enough
Your Great Great Grandmother drove RWD

They all lived long enough that you are here now so....

*Sorry again guys:
Cepten MY great grandmother and her mother drove a horse and buggy.

Yes, the buggy wheels had iron rims, the horses shoes were iron, the horsepower was limited to one, you pulled on the reins for brakes, the horse would have preferred to stay in the barn (had an attitude), the roads were either muddy or snow covered ......... and it was up hill both ways .......

And yes, they kept the buggy on the road (most of the time).

Hell YOUR Great Grandmother was probably instrumental in the domestication of horses and the rims were bronze at best.

Best rustproofing period. In Canada, do NOT get it applied by Canadian Tire. Go to a detailer.

Eight Ontario winters on a Honda Accord Coupe, and every panel on this vehicle AND the entire underside looked pristine when I traded for my BRZ. Also, this vehicle was run through a touchless at least twice a week during the winter months.

Seems debatable if I do a bit of Googling on the subject. Both Krown and Corrosion free have their issues.

One that I had not considered was the damage to rubber bits like door seals.

I cant afford to throw away a Porsche or a Jag every ten years, so I drive an FRS; a cheap, disposable and yet fun car.

So is there a go-to rustproofing place in Massachusetts that anyone knows of? I mean, this is my only car, so I do want to take care of it properly.
