Is this sound like boxer engine when it's in high rev area?

FYI it's not H4. It's H6 (NA) 320whp 276wtq @ 8,200 rpm (yes, boxer engine can rev that high). It's all bout tuning.
Where's the vtak yo!?!

lol I think they used the SVX's H6 engine, so they don't have "vtak"

I call BS on this. First theres no actual footage of it at the ring, thats the obvious thing.

Secondly, around 12 seconds you hear an upshift. Sounds like a paddleshift to me, and pretty sure its not coming with that. Could be a sound bit from GT5.

7tune posted a video with sound of the concept at the Tokyo motor show, but I call bullshit. How could 7tune post this? I think it is from the sound of the video of Gran Tourismo, which I can't check at the moment.

so i listened to it a few more times, assuming this video's audio was actually recorded at the show, I looked around for a similar sound:

sounds a lot like an H6 NA, so maybe the audio is a legit FT recording that toyota did to tease us (it sounds tinny like an inline perhaps 'cause it's an H4 revving out bigtime)

Quick-revving and crisp is good... but aftermarket'll surely be selling some UEL's before too long

If the firing order is changed on a flat 4 you can make it sound like a inline four..

Prehaps thats what they did for the Toyota FT86?

who knows, Im just spewing verbally.

The engine used in the EFI Logics Track car is out of a SVX.
I would not recomend to fit into a FT86 sometime as a future project.
The EG33 is heavy and long motor.
To fit into a impreza you have to completely delete the AC.
it will just fit with a very little clearance using a RX7 raditor.
( The EG33 is a very good motor but I wouldnt be good used in one of these )

A better option would be to use a EZ series of motor they are newer lighter and alot shorter than a EG33.
And is only a little bit longer than the EJ series motor.
The EZ also has timing chain too

I would love to fit a EZ into a FT86 a few years down the track if it would fit.
