Eh. Close. Current work is fitting all the 'shelf' on top. And doors. Drawers are next (one is done...) I'll have to go around and do custom shims to level that top bit out though, and I'm not looking forward to that much. It gets a 3" 'edge band' of solid birch, which is why it doesn't extend as far as the acoustic treatments yet. That part is next...

Our parts department is special. I was looking for some M8 x 1.25 bolts and found some. Label is a bit off.

Has anyone ever read the bible in the nightstand at a hotel? I always grab it and shake it out. Found money in one once.

You doen OK, there Sapphireho?

I know that sometimes the transition into retirement can be challenging.

Settling into a new location can also be dislocating.

I also know that this quarantine period can be stressful.

I also figure you are missing your interaction with the money machines at the dive bar.

Are you doen OK?

The thing that gets me is their attitude about it. I know tomorrow when I ask about it I am going to get a bunch of excuses. Most likely along the lines of "well it was put away and labeled like that before." Instead of learning and moving on it is going to be excuse and learn nothing.

Doing great.

I just miss driving the Santa Cruz hills. Here I have to drive for 30 minutes minimum to any road that isn't just flat straight roads between fields.

Ok, and the bar. I love talking with locals. And the machines are fun.
