Passed a modded blue BRZ with "WRZ BRZ" license plates on 7100 around 6pm.

Just before 7 pm today. White BRZ, VA tags, small spoiler, old-style (non shark-fin) antenna. Front plate off-center.
VA110S near Rosslyn, then via VA27 you got onto I-395 HOV lanes. Not sure what happened later, once on the interstate you seriously fell behind. Really, the twins ARE slow  !
