Haven’t you seen those 3D paint that allow you to paint in the air? It’s kinda like 3D pen, but it’s a paint!

I’m joking. I’ve already cover up the hole already. It’s black, so you can clearly see where it is, so I gonna paint it white to match w ceiling.

If you already haven't done so, you might check with the mortgage company on the old loan to see if there was an escrow overage (balance) that is due to you. -

That has snuck up on me twice (on personal mortgages) in a positive way -

I did post of the pic few days back. Had a wood burning fireplace taken out.

Kotatsu? Prob I’m one of only few that have em in Utah. Kotatsu is more Japanese thing. My wife never had it til she tried it few yrs ago, now she gotta have it every winter. Whenever I come back from work, I’ve found her & dog sleeping in Kotatsu.
