No the back seat (LOL) has not been sat in yet.... Yeah I have a great wife. She got the new Legacy last year, is okay to drive that, really isn't into sports cars. But I sure am... I've had a few... Triumph GT6, MGBGT, Opel GT. I love this FRS. Have run the first tank of gas through it and seen 122 mph.

Hey guys. My name is Joe. I'm out on the east coast. I'm new here, first post. At the end of June I bought a 2013 Whiteout FR-S Five Axis with about 24k miles on it. I've been reading the forums for a while now. Just decided to join yesterday.
I wanted one of these cars since I saw the concept, but I figured I'd wait and buy a used one. I love the car, but the engine went out in it after only a month of owning it. So...it has been at the dealer for the past month. Hoping everything works out okay and no more problems after this. The loaner cars just aren't the same.

![]() Hey all, finally got my hands on an FR-S after selling my jeep and I wish I could say I'm enjoying it right now but It's at the dealership getting a few dents touched up on the trunk lid so I couldn't take it home. Hopefully I can get it back soon as she is now my baby

Hey everyone, I just joined here yesterday or the day before. I was in visiting my hometown of Colorado Springs from Gillette, WY to visit some old friends. Me and the lady were driving down Motor City Drive to look at cars like I used to do when I was a kid with my brother. I've been interested in the 86 twins since they came out and always thought it would be the car I would buy if I got something to play with. Well we were just about to leave and I saw a Black on Black 2013 FR-S with 14,800 miles on it and they only wanted 19k for it! I never drove one before and after sitting in it the salesman asked if I wanted to take it for a spin. I was back in 20 minutes or so, and the next 3 hours were spent taking care of the paperwork. Since then I put over 1100 miles on it in one week and still can't get enough. I've never driven anything like this before! The closest comparison would be my dad's 89 911 Carrera. I've been putting in overtime at work now for modifying the FRS. I'll be on here quite a bit looking for tips. Nice to meet you all!

No contest. Look into the closest parking lot. What do you see? Black, white and silver all the way to the horizon. Be a beacon in that bleak landscape.

Funny how a few weeks ago I never heard of an FR-S or noticed one. Now I have one and three days ago I saw a white one parked at a local casino, and yesterday parked next to a silver one at a cafe. Both were out of state visitors.

It's the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon: a word, a name, or other thing that has recently come to one's attention suddenly seems to appear with improbable frequency shortly afterwards. I'd been going through the same thing since a few weeks leading up until purchasing my FR-S. Chances are the cars were always somewhat around you, but your brain never noticed it as anything out of the ordinary.
