You might want to contact your dealer and see what they say. I expect you'll be put on bottom of the list and wait even longer.

You're lucky. Down in Decatur (east Atlanta) we get nothing thrown in and have to pay over MSRP.

Yep! I talked to the owner of Stivers. Needless to say, I'm not impressed with his business ethics.

I help run wrxatlanta as well. I was hoping since they're the new dealer in town they'd want to get in with the enthusiast crowd. He was interested at first, but then the talks just died. :|

FYI: I'm matt on subarubrz forum :p

By the time we decided to get a BRZ, all the other area dealers already sold their pre-orders at MSRP. Since we couldn't find a dealer within 2 hours that had any left we went with Stivers. Still waiting to get my VIN and estimated delivery.

Dealer communication has been pretty much non-existent..unanswered emails and voicemails. Only time I find out anything is when I actually reach James by phone. Last I heard they expect to have a pre-production BRZ on display in "early June".

James is a moron too. I was unimpressed with his "technique". A good friend of mine was the Master Tech there and when he found out what they did, he cussed both James AND Johnny (the owner) out. told them they fucked up, big time.

I had high hopes for that dealer, but not anymore.
