Superbowl was fun. Would have been more fun if the Niners played the 4th quarter.

Congrats KC. If Mahomes stays healthy, he is going to break so many records. Good kid.

Now for my NFL Ass-time show review:

Nothing says one of America's pastimes like a 43 year old Columbian, and a 50 year old Mexican chick in G-strings, spreading their legs, and shaking their assets in the camera, and dancing on stripper poles, waving the Puerto Rican flag. God bless America.

My bad:

Nothing says one of America's pastimes like a 43 year old Columbian, and a 50 year old chick born in New York of Puerto Rican parentS, in G-strings, spreading their legs, and shaking their assets in the camera, and dancing on stripper poles, waving the Puerto Rican flag. God bless America.

Are you confusing the District of Columbia with the country?

The ass-time show was perfect for a show in vegas.

Oh wait, you mean North and South America. Yea, that is what everyone means, including my reference, when talking about "America" in the United States.

Idiot.

My good friends chihuahua had a minor surgery requiring him to wear a cone. He was not happy.

Her birthday is coming up so I got her some socks…

Me: "Hey, I have a wheel with curb rash on it. It is currently off the car. Could I drop it off there to be repaired whenever you get to it?"
Shop: "I don't know, let me check. *2 minute hold* I talked to the manager and we don't do tire repair here. You should call Penn Tire."
Me: "Just to make sure, the damage is to the wheel, not the tire. That's a tire store and I don't think they repair wheels."
Shop: "Yeah, for your tire repair."
Me: "No, I need the wheel fixed, not the tire."
Shop: "Yeah."
Me: "Okey dokey."

Called Penn Tire. They're a tire shop and don't repair wheels.

I try not to be too picky when working with people in a service industry, but I feel like knowing the difference between a wheel and a tire should be a minimum bar when answering the phone for an automotive collision repair shop.
yea... but trying to find anyone to even pay at this point in time is a loosing battle these days. my brother's dealership has come to conclusion to not have a service manager because they couldn't find anyone that even wanted the job.

a buddy of mine works at an independent shop, the main 'service writer' is a 60 year old lady, that despite working there for 20+ years, still reads the service tickets to the customers exactly how they're written, much to the enjoyment of the techs and the words they sometimes slip in...

contact some local dealers-- i know the bmw and lexus dealers in my area have a day every couple month or so where a mobile 'wheel repair' trailer comes through, and they take care of a few dozen wheels at a time.

Yeah this is way over priced probably, but it's just so cool. (If it works as advertised).

Good news! My new house has internet.

Better news, it's not Comcast!

Best news, we stopped Comcast service at the old house!!!!

New internet is half the price, double the speed. 'Nuff said.
